I was very pleased with my experience with Dr. Winters. I was sent to Huntsville Hospital's ER with severe abdominal pain and discovered that I needed my gallbladder removed. Dr. Winters was the surgeon on call and treated me with kindness and respect. She explained things to me and assured me that she knew what to do. I found out later she's a partner at the General Surgery Associates where another wonderful surgeon, Dr. Vevon, works. Since Dr. Vevon is retiring, I'm pleased to know I will now become a patient of Dr. Winters if needed in the future. I would recommended Dr. Winters and I'm so grateful she was there when I needed help!
