Dr. Verga reminded me of the late Dr. Trustan. Not great on bedside manner, but trusted skills. I think Dr. Verga and computers did go well together and they got in the middle of her patient relationship, but not their care and well-being. I sometimes wonder about these evaluations - bottom line - did the doctor treat you and did you get better is a bit more important than the front office staff being friendly (although that is a nice bonus). I wish the good Doctor well in her retirement.
