Dr. Puppula has been my pulmonary doctor for 14 years. I first met him after coming out of a medically induced coma for a near fatal asthma attack. Because of him and the ICU staff at Cy-Fair Hospital, I am still alive to tell my story. It could have easily gone the other way, but due to his skill and caring, I survived...I owe my life to him and Dr. Venkatesh. They also informed me that my aFib was a result of my uncontrolled asthma and if I had a bad heart, I would not have survived that attack. Dr. Puppala was at my bedside constantly during my month of hospitalization. I would see him at my bedside at 3AM checking my condition and making sure I was stable. After a month he got me into rehab which was certainly needed after the shock my body sustained. He is a caring and smart physician that I have recommended to several friends and they love him as well. I cannot thank him enough for restoring my health and giving me more years to enjoy.
