Dr Ghelani cared for my partner who has passed from his illness. DR. Ghelani from the beginning of diagnosis he spoke with care and caution, until we ask for his blunt opinion. Dr. was Direct in saying he doesn't see us coming out at the end of this diagnosis. He also was truthful and honest. Telling us with our diagnosis he has had success with a few patients in our situation with one living 10 plus years and another one who in a matter of 6 months they heart stopped while in the shower. We valued his honesty. Our prognosis was the latter of the two examples laid out by Dr. Ghelani. Because of his truthfulness. My lost although significant. I was able to comprehend the reality of West's Passing. The six months of care given by Dr. Ghelani. Were to me the best I've seen from other experience with life threatening diagnosis. DR. Ghelani even took the time out of his busy schedule to call and offer his condolences. And for that I will always be truly thankful to Dr. Ghelani
