As my health/fitness trainer she has saved my life in more ways than one in the last 3 years. She requires every participant to complete a health questionnaire and be fit enough for class. Exercises are tailored to your specific issues and progress over time constantly challenging you to become more fit and healthy. She never pushes you beyond a threshold you can't cross while teaching the mental and physical traits you need for success. She is more like a life coach.
