I’ve seen Dr Nguyen for multiple reasons over the last 2 years. Several times he was able to squeeze me in either the same day or next day for an acute problem. I once had a video appointment that I completely forgot due to being swamped at work. He personally called my cell and asked if I was able to log in. I told him I was out of the office and we just continued the appointment over the phone. Most recently I had appendicitis that I mistook for a hernia. I waited a week before going to see him (thinking the pain would subside). He saw me the same day, immediately recognized the problem, and rushed me to the ER. He personally called my cell the next day to see if his diagnosis was correct and asked if I had undergone surgery. I’ve never had a doctor that showed such personal concern for a patient.
