I went with my sister to see Dr. Phillips about a neurological issue with her mouth. Although he was ultimately unable to provide treatment, he spent 15 minutes or so talking to us. He then told us there would be no charge for the appointment, since was unable to provide treatment. Most doctors would have charged for a consultation. It is refreshing to find a doctor whose ethical integrity surpasses his motivation for profit. While I cannot vouch for his professional abilities, if you value honesty and integrity, I would highly recommend you see Dr. Phillips.
