Dr. Tingley is, hands down, the best medical practitioner I've come across in the five years of being involved in my elderly mother's health care. He is patient, clear-spoken, empathetic, and insightful. He made a point of speaking clearly and directly to her, instead of over her head to me, and made her feel connected and in control.
