Dr. Shong has cared for my elderly mother for decades. She has always returned my calls about my mother's care, and goes over and above for her patients and their families. I know my mom is in good hands! She spends time to discuss my mother's prognosis and gives sensitive, expert, and actionable advice. Helping me to navigate getting my mother better care in her declining health. She shows sincere concern and has a caring heart. Our family has deep gratitude for this doctor!!
