My elderly mother undergoes regular dialysis treatment and has been under the regular care of Dr. Hanes at her dialysis center, and when I've had questions about any aspect of my mom's health or care, Dr. Hanes has always been remarkably responsive, both via phone and email. Candidly, such responsiveness by clinicians is increasingly rare these days, and coupled with her obvious expert patient care and knowledge, we feel fortunate that my mom can rely on her to champion her health care.
