It was a phone call. Dr. Hosseinian was an on call physician, covering for the weekend. I called about my parents, who got Covid and don’t speak English. She went above and beyond, reviewing their chart (as she doesn’t know them), and making sure the prescription is sent and they are advised about any side effects. It’s really rare nowadays to find a doctor who is willing to spend an hour on line while dealing with not her own patients. I am a physician myself and really appreciate all the attention Dr. Hosseinian provided to my parents.
