Dr. Jackson was my anesthesiologist for a lengthy surgery. Before we even began discussing her plan, she noticed a potentially serious issue that had nothing to do with her and quickly corrected it. She also made the person who was responsible for the issue aware that it had happened, presumably to encourage them to more closely monitor patients. She made me feel 100% confident in her commitment, expertise, and caring about patients. She told me that she would keep me safe before, during, and even after the surgery, and her bedside manner put me completely at ease, after weeks of worrying. I could not believe how quickly I bounced back in the hour or two after the surgery, and how little immediate post op pain I had. (Pain relief ordered by my surgeon in the hospital after that was 100% effective, also.) My surgery was two days ago, and I'm feeling great. I could not be happier with her and my surgeon.
