Dr. Hertford is a very caring, genius radiologist. I had a condition that was missed by 3 other radiologists ! Dr. Hertford was able to diagnose me correctly. I am cure today because of him I am forever grateful for Dr. Hertford! I would highly recommend him to anyone.
