Excellent. Just serendipity came across this site for Dr. Faig, as we just moved to Florida. Here's our experience: When my folks lived in FL, 1986, dad unfortunately got esophageal cancer. At the time, there was no cure. But, fortunately my wife's brother, Dr. Mark Stoopler, a researcher at Columbia Presbyterian Hospital in NYC had, what he was sure, was a protocol to treat espophogeal cancer, several patients were surviving several years, though it had not yet been published. He could treat dad if he would come to NYC. But, dad didn't want to bother anyone, staying in NYC; that's how that generation was. At my wife's insistence, Mark said he would provide the protocol to an oncologist in Florida if he felt confident he would be able to follow it. He fortuitously found Dr. Faig, who had been one of his students in NY, and who practiced near dad. Dad's cancer went into total remission, and he was with us 15 more years until he was 90. Thank you, Dr. Faig.
