I was fortunate enough to meet with Dr. Douglas J. Alterman at MUSC, and I cannot express enough how grateful I am for the exceptional care I received. Dr. Alterman is one of the kindest and most compassionate professionals I have ever encountered. From the moment I walked into his office, I felt welcomed and at ease. Dr. Alterman's kindness is truly unparalleled. He took the time to listen to all of my concerns and addressed each one with patience and understanding. It's rare to find a doctor who genuinely cares about their patients, but Dr. Alterman goes above and beyond to ensure you feel comfortable and supported. I had numerous questions and concerns about my dental work, and Dr. Alterman explained everything in detail. His ability to break down complex dental procedures into easily understandable terms is remarkable.
