It was very clear that dr. Krell knew exactly what he was doing. He communicated with me to start with! He made eye contact and told me just what I was going to experience...I was having a procedure in the office and I was pretty scared, but he reassured me, talked me through the worst of it..even held my hand for a moment and said he was sorry if I had any pain at all. Truthfully there was no pain, it was just me being scared! But anyway..he's great!
