I find Dr Brown to be as others are saying here... Detailed. Patient, compassionate and a sleuth for truth. He will find things that others are missing. Happened multiple times for me. He practices what he preaches and also takes many of the things he recommends or studies them thoroughly to know what the pitfalls are. He is a gem among gems! He gets the 5 stars. I wish I could say the same for the support staff. She was passive aggressive from the first call. When you are scared and your tests are off, she does nothing to put you at ease. I get that she is the gatekeeper, but some kindness and acceptance on her end would go a long way. It is very difficult to call and I definitely go elsewheres when I can just to avoid her. She gets 1 star.
