Dr. Nguyen helped my mom when no one else could figure out what was wrong with her. He was empathetic & caring, and he found that she was infected with a very rare bacteria that most hadn't heard of or hadn't considered because it's so uncommon. Once he found this, she was dramatically better within a couple of weeks.
