Dr Jokie is a very professional and caring endocrinologist. I have been a patient of hers for approximately 8 years. I find her to be very thorough and knowledgeable not only for her field of expertise but your general health and the impact of diabetes on your other ailments. Dr. Jokie is aware of my health and ailments and seems up to date on results and visits I make to other doctors. I find this very comforting and feel I’m getting the best of care. I find Dr. Jokie to be very encouraging and motivating. When I do well she congratulates me to keep up the good work. When I fall behind she encourages me to do better and makes recommendations on how I can do better without over medicating me. Dr. Jokie somehow makes you buy into her treatment plan without forcing it down your throat, and it works. Under her care and treatment I feel my diabetes is under control without having to make drastic changes in my lifestyle.
