I actually saw Dr Koch in the ER in Ithaca NY in 2009 with possible complications after neck surgery. The one thing that still stands out now, 16 years later, was that he brought me some chicken noodle soup! Some might think that's silly, but let me tell you...it was so soothing. How many doctors would do that?
