Ive had the pleasure of knowing Dr. Chang over three years he performed my bunion surgery on both feet through Kaiser. He is supep personable, on time, gets back to you timely, professional and very professional and friendly. He always provide me with straight up medical questions and explains the procedures in depth. He is a very competent surgeon and leaves me in minimal pain with quick recovery turn around time. I highly recommend him
