I have been going to Dr. Williams I think for 4-5 years. He's great and listen's to his patient but more importantly he tries to gather a patient family medical to help him better understand your family genetics including my African American background. The office staff is nice, however, follow up on bloodwork and/or phone call is not good. I have had to call about bloodwork and/or call to have referrals completed etc. This is very frustrating and require time out of my day. Also, there needs to better use of technology for patients to access their medical records and/or pertient information.
