Doctor Shell I never saw your face because I was in the prong position. I only heard your voice. I was extremely nervous of the procedure but hearing your calm voice it put me to ease. The procedure was a little uncomfortable but I just wanted these headaches to stop ??. You were very professional and very caring not to hurt me and you explained the whole procedure you were going to do and asked me if that was what I understood. My head feels swollen like a volleyball and numb to the touch and some what a little unsteady on my feet when I first stand. God bless you for your excellent bed side manners.
