Dr Icaza is extremely thorough. He listened wholeheartedly and his beside manners are impecable. He asks great questions. He's very kind and thanks to his care, he helped put an end to the medical issue I was experiencing. We had a trip planned and I was worried about canceling. But luckily, thanks to the care & treatment I received, I was able to enjoy my trip. The staff at his office is also wonderful. They make a great team. My appointment time was honored, and the service was punctual.
