I'm not sure why there is a rating of one star for doctor Burzon. I met him before I was about to have surgery. He asked a number of questions and concerns, and he looks at you right in the eyes when he is listening. And the anesthesia part of my surgery went well! I can only hope to have him again should I need surgery.
