Dr. Cardenas is very knowledgeable and understanding of what a diabetic and stroke patients are going through. He listens attentively and cares for the well being of his patience. He is fully bilingual English and Spanish. Due to his attentiveness to listen, he is able to implement the best medica approach to assist his patience. 100% recommendable.
