I feel the staff gets credit at least 50% for an excellent experience in a professional setting. And this staff works together very well, giving the patient an efficient, courteous and smooth transition into the actual appointment. There is little waiting after registration to taking X-rays and seeing the doctor. Thank you to all of them! I am also extremely pleased with Dr. Shields’ knowledge and professionalism. And yet he includes an honest personal concern along side.
