Dr. Kang was very caring, compassionate, and thorough, didn't rush the appointment, and listened carefully to my issues, explaining everything in layman's terms so I could understand what all my options were. My husband and I walked out of there feeling very good about our appointment. However, the nurse (Kristin) who came out to get us was very unfriendly, never smiled, asked the appropriate questions, said the doctor would be in and walked out of the room. When we left she was at the front desk and she just looked at me, no smile, no acknowledgement. Maybe she was having a bad day. Everyone else in the office was helpful and friendly!
