I have known Dr Ed Stein since elementary school. His dad was a dentist, and the practice was literally in the house where he grew up, so it's not entirely surprising that he chose dentistry as his career. Dr Ed was the kid that tried to discourage school fundraising candy sales because he knew the importance of good dental hygiene, but it just did not resonate with most of his classmates (me included). He was a great student in school. Early on in the 8th grade, his penmanship became a foreshadowing of his future physician status because it was so difficult to read. In fact, one of our teachers offered to buy pens for him to write with because he loved to write with very dark pencil for EVERYTHING! All through middle school and high school, Dr Ed was a trumpet player and a very keen tennis player. Restringing tennis rackets was always his side hustle. Great to see he surpassed his dad into the field of endodontics. I do recommend you check him out. Tell him 'H' sent you. .
