Dr. Troy was my surgeon 36 years ago and he is the best orthopedic surgeon that I know. Very caring and sympathetic. He did a fantastic job on my broken up hip. I wish he was still in the Bay Area because my granddaughter needs a good orthopedic doctor. God bless you Dr. Troy!
