My mother had a Ventral Hernia that started to affect her everyday life, so we knew we had no choice but to resolve it. She has had a bad track record with doctors&hospitals, so you can imagine the added layer of anxiety we both had going into this surgery. I am of course her advocate and was preparing myself to fight for what she needed—however, I am dumbfounded to say that I never need to do so. Dr. Will and his highly talented staff, both in the office & the surgical team, made us feel welcome from the moment we went into our consultation to the post-op final check-up. He thoroughly explained the procedure and the implications and answered an extensive number of questions. My mom joked with another patient, that she’s never left a doctor’s office with the amount of ease that she did his! I will be forever grateful that he stepped out and notified me immediately after the board showed the post-op notification. Please consider Dr. Will for any general surgery needs—you will NOT regret
