I heard about Dr. Spencer from a friend, who said he was one of the top doctors for shoulders in the country. I was unable to lift my arm from an armrest to a table top.I went to another orthopedic first who said I had to have surgery to repair the bicep..I went for a second opinion and met with the PA Jeff Jarnigan. He told me I just had a frozen shoulder and needed a shot and PT. I didn’t really believe him, but went with it. I saw PT associated with their office. I’m completely fine now. My understanding is that the bicep had torn and just needed time to rest.
