A few years ago my brother developed septic shock and ARDS. He ended up in ICU on life support for 16 days. I had to cancel my vacation and travel from Texas to MS without notice. Dr Ozua was great. Thanks to God and the good doctor everything turned out fine. My brother fully recovered. Also, he (Dr Ozua) completed the 8 page form that Delta requires for refunds. The fare for four flights to Mexico were refunded.
