Dr. Swords is professional and sensitive to my fear of dentists. I was traumatized as a child when I was taken to the dentist. Unfortunately my early experience was with a dentist who did not appreciate a childes' perspective on a dentist with a mask and no bedside manner. My parents who were personal friends, did not appreciate my fear either. So it carried on into my adulthood. I was almost embarrassed to explain my situation with Dr. Swords but he kindly listen and responded with kindness.
