Dr. Gradidge was my son's PICU doctor. She showed our family nothing but compassion, care, and kindness during our terrifying event. She ALWAYS explained what she was doing and made sure that my husband and I were always in the loop during each plan that was made involving our son. She is TOP-NOTCH in our book and always will be.
