Dr Ro has an excellent bedside manner. Thoroughly and patiently explained his portion of my care to myself & my family member. Listened to my concerns, answered my questions & provided reassurance that eased my mind. Most importantly, though, I had great outcomes from my anesthesia. This has not always been the case for me after having anesthesia, but Dr Ro listened to my concerns and came up with an individualized plan for me. Highly recommend!
