Dr Valente listened to my concerns and asked good questions. She explained conditions and procedures well. She answered all of my questions in a respectful manner. She clearly outlined next steps, who would call me, how to communicate with her. Yes, it did take 3 months to get an office appt and 6 months (and many phone calls) to schedule a colonoscopy but these issues are not in her control. She was 30 mins late but gave me my full time and I did not feel rushed in any way.
