During this time she has seen me through my stem cell transplant, clinical trial medication that kept things at bay, and then to a really good medication that is working wonders. In the meantime, I have seen her through her varied personal life experiences - as much as you can in the short visits. She has been like part of my family. She is caring, compassionate, and extremely well versed in treating Multiple Myeloma.
