Patient Reviews
Jul 01, 2024
Dr Byron is great. Compassionate and caring. Unfortunately it’s hard to rate the staff. For instance the staff was to send the lab a request for bloodwork as my appt with Dr Byron is this week. Unfortunately they did not get it so not only do I have to reschedule bloodwork appt, I have to sit down on hold for an hour or two in order to get them to resend bloodwork order to me and also to reschedule the appt with the doctor. Awful experience. Third time this happened. Update 1-Barbara from the HR Dept in corporate returned my call at 12 pm after waiting 1 and a half hours on hold for Dr Byron’s office to pick up. She emailed them the details. I’m waiting to hear back from Dr Byron’s office to let me know the status of the order to Quest and if I need to reschedule Dr Byron’s telehealth appt because results will be delayed.
