I first saw Dr. Rush in November 2015 when I had received a follow-up diagnostic mammogram. She was "not satisfied" with the image she first reviewed, so ordered more images plus an ultrasound. Still not satisfied, she recommended and arranged for a biopsy, which was the following week. I, of course, was stunned to learn that I had Stage 2 lobular breast cancer. I credit Dr. Rush with finding the cancer early. I know and have friends who were not so fortunate in that their cancers were not detected the previous year and had less optimum outcomes. I appreciate Dr. Rush's dedication to her patients and especially to me. I had minimum treatment compared to many, so I am indeed fortunate. Thanks to Dr. Rush.
