Dr. Bussewitz is kind, straight forward, and makes me feel heard. After over a decade of my PCOS symptoms being dismissed by other OB-GYNs, I scheduled with her based on my own patient's recommendation. Within the first 2 appointments she confirmed that I had PCOS. Dr. Bussewitz actually listens to her patients, explains things well, and I trust her recommendations. The nurses are always great also. The front desk gals are typically pleasant, but occasionally when I call in to ask a question I get the feeling like they're annoyed that I'm calling, which has almost made me switch providers. The care that Dr. Bussewitz provides keeps me there, though!
