The one star review was really about the hospital and not about Doctor Franko, because she's been extremely patient with me and my attempts to control costs and avoid pharmaceutical drugs. She's very understanding and willing to work with me. Only compliments from me, no complaints at all! Now Sumner Regional in Gallatin has their issues, but most of the staff is great, but having so many hands involved does lead to communication problems and such. I feel the one star review of Dr. Franko is really about hospital staff and not her.
