Since having Dr. Galton as my therapist, I have learned so much about myself. To my understanding, her approach is more old-school. She encourages free association without a lot of guidance. She does not really offer prescriptive advice, which I like. Once I got the hang of the more stream-of-consciousness mode, I began to listen to myself more and be more open to her interpretations. I am considerably more tuned into my emotions. Major game-changer!
