I was a very happy, long-term patient of Dr. Nadia Hall of Aurora in Lake Geneva for primary care; however, she unexpectedly passed away. I found Dr. Joseph, an Aurora internal medicine MD in Burlington, and I saw her for the first time this week. I found her to be professional, intelligent, pleasant, a great listener and very empathetic. She spent a lot of time with me and answered all my questions and had great suggestions. She was also very thorough in her questions and establishing a base line of what support I need. I feel so relieved that I was able to find Dr. Joseph after such a great experience I had with Dr. Hall in Lake Geneva. I have recommended Dr. Joseph already to others in the same situation.
