I have been battling with yearly respiratory viruses that evolve into bronchitis and misery.I kept getting the same generic, rushed responses from doctors until Dr. Knafo. I saw her through a video doctor service my insurance covers.She took the time to really listen to me and diagnosed me with reactive airway disease. She got me on the right meds and finally feeling better.Today I went on the video doctor service to get Dr. Knafo and help with another respiratory virus I have. I can no longer choose my doctor on this service. I got a doctor that made me look for my previous interaction for several minutes before saying she had it.I really wish Dr. Knafo was with the video service again or located in Austin, TX. I’m tired of fighting with doctors to get them to listen. Dr. Knafo really is the best.
