I originally sought Dr. Dy's care for a crown lengthening procedure recommended by a different dentist. I have always had anxiety about visiting the dentist, but I was especially terrified to have gum surgery and need stitches. I was drawn to Dr. Dy not only because she offered a less invasive method utilizing lasers, but also because I read her overwhelmingly positive reviews online. Dr. Dy was exceptionally thorough during my consultation. She told me the best news too- I didn’t need crown lengthening! Instead, I only needed my crown replaced. She was accommodating of my anxiety and helped put me at ease during my appointment, which is not an easy task. I just received the new crown yesterday and it looks and feels fantastic! Dr. Dy is tremendously knowledgeable, friendly, personable, and very sweet. She uses the latest technology and I know I am receiving the best care possible when I am in her hands.
