She was great with my teenage son and his less-than-thrilled attitude to go to a doctor. I felt she was skilled at eliciting the relevant information from him and synthesizing it with all the cardiac diagnostic tests. He was resistant when we walked in the door, but by the end of the appointment, she got through to him.
