He is compassionate and never leaves a patient waiting and worrying for test results when potentially serious health risks exist. He is an excellent communicator not only explaining in terms a layperson can understand but also a good listener. He never gives up until every avenue is explored for treatment. Doctors like Dr Reid are a rarity today.
