Dr. Jeffrey was kind, gentle, patient, unassuming, and thorough in her analysis of my symptoms. She is a good doctor. I am happy that I got to see her. I have seen other rheumatologists before her (including Fairfax, Shakir, Chhaya), and they were all let-downs for knowledge, quality of care, and diagnosis. There was a little bit of wait in the main lobby after checking in, but nothing too bad. I was very pleased with my care, & with the helpfulness & politeness of the supporting staff as well.
