My patient needed anesthesiology for a septoplasty. Dr. Heerensperger learned that the patient has reflux, and immediately went to get them a medicine, so it could start working. When Dr. Heerensperger learned the patient has orthostatic intolerance, she upped the fluids to help with symptoms. Right before surgery, more medicine was given for reflux. She was very knowledgeable, and very thorough in educating the patient and family. It was a pleasure to work with her.
